Here is the high-level plan with a phased approach. More details will be provided as progress is made through each stage.

1. Design Consultation Fee Fundraiser Phase - $2,000 raised and design finished with total build estimate by end of 2023 - GOAL REACHED on 1/16/2023

2. Project Fundraiser Phase - Raise grand total build through grants, local donations, and fundraisers. Goal and time TBD

3. Build Phase - Begin improvements and new build to the Japanese Garden on the Square. Timeline to TBD

4. 45th Anniversary Celebration - Date TBD
